The arrival Eppig Brewing grew from a notion of rebirth and revival. From its origins as a Brooklyn brewery, started by Leonhard Eppig in 1800s, it would take over a century before the founder's great granddaughter sought to restore the family's trade in the heart of San Diego's Northpark district. A family business with so much history merited a material palette with a history of its own. Reclaimed wood harvested from the region would come to define the new home of an old name. Whether by cutting, sanding, shaving or rotating, the manipulation of a common resource allowed for the definition of proportion for the material's second life.
